Gotta chime in here and give Rick huge kudos.
First, the new product is so good. I'm loving the portal, the RSS feeds, the new PM structure, the advertising islands. Nice, nice, nice.
Second, I ran in to a little trouble with the install, and Rick was ALL OVER IT!
I've been with ubb since 2000. These guys continue to ROCK!
