ubb.classic didn't have an option to upload files
phoebe, you can either add a mod from ubbdev to upload files (there's one available), or you can spend some money for imagefolio - does the job but is pretty expensive as scripts go. It does integrate with .classic's members (at least their 2.x version did). I managed to get it to migrate to photopost when I changed from .classic to .threads, but it was a lot of work.
