Sometimes I get the email long after I get the PM.
There is a clue, it could be a mail server thing.
You need to assess that abilities of your members, and what i mean is that they now have mentioned something and others are picking up on it.
Try sending a member a private message and see if the e-mail is instant or not?
Better still get them to send you a pm and you can see if its slow or not.
It can either be
1. Your server sending mail out slow.
2. Your internet provider being slow?
