Just verified it. With the custom membertitle dataloss and putting potential confidential information on the streets, I would say a 7.2.3 would be something to consider instead of waiting a few months for 7.3. It's not that you check your cache directory daily.

For those seeking for a quick fix for this privacy problem, in /admin/doclearcache.php I commented out this line:


generate_rss_feeds(1);

just replace with

// generate_rss_feeds(1);

Not the cleanest of all fixes, since it disables the rebuilding of rss feeds through the clear cache button completely.
