UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Shout box location

Is there any way to have the Shout Box be an island in the center, along with the forums? I am new to UBB Threads, I don't see a way to do this. Using v7.2.2.

Thanks in advance.
