I'm sorry I don't have a URL, but it seems to me that as long as you don't share personal data and keep it in a secure format, you'll be ok.
On a number of occasions I have been asked to provide data or reveal the true identity of a poster when there have been disputes.
I have always replied that I cannot do this as it would infringe upon my members rights to privacy.
Only on one occasion have I revealed an email address and IP number and that was as a result of a court order.
