mod_security shut off did the trick for the permissions issue. You guys are good. I think this was Rick's suggestion.

He helped me out a immensely. The HTML coding was prob nothing for you guys but it would have taken me all day. awesome work.
Hope he doesn't mind me taking the credit, LOL My partner on the board thinks that it was all me! You see, since seeing how Gizmo did a few things, I can now add onto it a bit. Makes me look like a genius, till I mistype someting.
