New user reg admin notification in 7.3 contains:

Username
Email address
IP



i wasn't clear, but i thought this was in 7.2.2 . regardless, that's what i put into 7.3 with the email overhaul for now

along with a link to the Management screen.

*hrm* link to their profile wouldn't hurt either, i guess..
