UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support What does a banned user see?

Just wondering what a user sees when they are banned? When they access my board do they receive some message saying they are banned? If I ban an IP# can a person using that even see my board?, or do they see it and they just don't have access to log in?
