just thought - does your script have multiple pages - or are they singular pages?
If singular then the above mod will work fine - I have mine pull in php, javascript etc. from both internal and external sources.
If it is a complete package with multiple pages, then the best you can do is to add in a custom header/footer if the script has a place for these - I do this now with a prediction league.
The only way to add in the wrapper would be to somewhat alter the other script.
