UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Forcing Users to Accept Rules on Next Visit - not "taking"

We updated the rules on our forums and would like to make sure everyone reads and agrees to them the next time they visit the forums.

When I check that option under Registration Settings in the control panel, nothing happens. Is there some way to make sure this setting "takes"?
