UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Can't get password for Member Area

I'm trying to use the auto password-mailer for the Member Area so I can download the latest version of UBB.threads.

I have a license number for UBB.threads Gold. I'm entering my email address that the purchase receipt came to (same address as on this user name), but I'm not getting anything from the password mailer.

Can you help me with this please?
