Well don't see it as the issue but Zlib compression is disabled. Try enabling it if possible and see if that speeds up your forum any for you.
Got a ton of things to do but will try and sign up on your site and do some testing to see what I get within the next few days.
Maybe if one of the other guys with experience wants to take a look sooner that would be great as well.
