UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Making Polls in Gallery

We are using v. 7.2.2 and cannot seem to get Polls to appear in Gallery. We do have the checkboxes marked in:
Forums > Gallery Forum > Forum Permissions > Allow Members to create polls?
AND
Forums > Gallery Forum > Forum Permissions > Allow Polls to be created in replies?

The Polls Manager Option does not show up when Moderators, Administrators or Users Post a New Topic. Is there a way to do this?
