I have just phoned with one who has just claimed.
He has ordered a new Password from the system. He gave me this login details and I was also able to login...... !!!!!!!!!!!!
I logged off and he tried again and it still doesn´t work. I deleted all the cookies in his account (in the hope it would help) but nothing....
He always got the error that the User/Password wasn´t found the database....
