The error is in version 7.3 as I have no problems if I wish to download using the browser. It has to be in the permissions area that is causing all the problems not my web host.
This is one of the
links that I uploaded using the forum. It places the file in the uploads file and then when members click on the file link they get the message try again later or contact the server administrator.
