When you turn on Full Control Panel access for anybody.. such as a Global Moderator they have complete access even to change the advanced settings such as the "Site Admin Member Number"
You only have two options as it is now for control panel access. They have it or they don't.
I was not aware of this until I gave it try.. scared me.. now I am going to have to rethink the whole Global Moderator thing.
Obviously we do not want to accidently give people that kind of access, I would suggest that some consideration be given to being able to limit certain control panel options to certain member groups.
