Unfortunately, my aunt is even more computer-illiterate than I am, so unless it's an easy fix, there's no fix for her!
In addition, the only people she chats with would be my dad and her sisters, and they are at the same level as she is--computer-illiterate! (But, given their ages, I'm as proud as heck that they've embraced the computer and Internet as much as they have!)
Now I have another situation ... but it will be for another topic.
