UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Require Users to Log In Before Posting?

I have installed UBBThreads 7.3.1

In UBBClassic there was a "Require Users to Log In Before Posting? " I never used that as it was handy that one could browse topics and reply and login in the same process. Can this be done in UBBThreads too?
I have not found that feature despite browsing several times in CP.
