Ok, Blimey i'm not sure I have an .htaccess file
but if I need to have one I'll create it like below.
in which directory should I place it?
URL: http://www.britbike.com/forums/ubbthreads.php
Path: xxxx/html/forums/ubbthreads.php

I also use this url which contains frames so I can use logo and menues.
http://www.britbike.com/forum/index.html
one of the frames calls for http://www.britbike.com/forums/ubbthreads.php
