UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Bug Reports Non Bugs Error message when setting up a forum

Would this be something I adjust in the Control Panel, or would it be something tech support has to adjust on the actual servere where the Threads board is located? I have been able to set up a number of forums so am not sure why I can't set up this one. Thanks.
