I did not forget. I just said for newbies like myself that it is intimidating to use with the cryptic descriptions like drop table.
And the 10 or so options to export a table.
It would be nice to have a plain simple option to perform tasks directly from the control panel until you are more experienced with them. Besides if we have the option to backup in the control panel why don't we have the option to restore. Or in mysql terms export/import
