UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Image File Max Size

This may fall in the dumb question category - but when uploading images to a gallery forum, the file manager states that the size limit is only 20 Bytes. Nothing I change in the CP seems to effect this and mySql server has a much larger limit (5mb as best I can tell).

Any and all help is welcome!
