If it says disabled then you A) don't have GD2 with Freetype available, and B) You either don't have ImageMagick6 installed or it's not configured in the Paths section of the control panel.
I'd contact your host. It's possible they have ImageMagick6 available to you, and you'll just need to know the path to the convert executable.
