I just came here to report this bug, but searched first.
The error occurs when you click on Topic Options/Print Topic. It was reported by one of my users, who sees:
Parse error: parse error in C:\Inetpub\lostcoastcachers\forums\scripts\printthread.inc.php on line 203
Testing it here, on this very topic, I see:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/ubbcentral/domains/ubbcentral.com/public_html/forums/scripts/printthread.inc.php on line 203
