Mods shouldn't be able to edit other mod's (or admin's for that matter) at all within the software; I believe only admin's are able to edit mods (and other admin's).

As for the password, you'd have to use the "become this member" function, and I am unsure if this is available to mod's at all.

Then again, I'm not experienced on threadsv6 so who knows.

I would however state that you'd have some ethical delema's that you should likely bring up with your admin before even bothering with other mod's.
