Well, the tag code is:
Code
<!-- AddThis Button BEGIN -->
<a href="http://www.addthis.com/bookmark.php?v=250&pub=moguai" onmouseover="return addthis_open(this, '', '[URL]', '[TITLE]')" onmouseout="addthis_close()" onclick="return addthis_sendto()"><img src="http://s7.addthis.com/static/btn/lg-addthis-en.gif" width="125" height="16" alt="Bookmark and Share" style="border:0"/></a><script type="text/javascript" src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js?pub=moguai"></script>
<!-- AddThis Button END -->

I'd think that by changing the "title" to instead have some misc content it'd use that vs the page title... I havne't really gone through their dev doc's though, I'm sure they cover adding misc content
