I cannot get my gallery image manager to allow more than 9.77kb

Why? Cannot for the life of me figure it out...

Any help is appreciated...

Also - I have my forums set up with a moderators area.
I set the permissions so only mod, glob mods, and admin can see them and post in them.

HOWEVER... All the glob mods can see and use them, but the regular mods cannot...

I am really new to the forums thing, any help AGAIN is appreciated.

Thanks in advance! Tom
