there has been no draft,
every there is there because they chose to enlist.
they might not have chosen to go to Iraq, but they did choose to wear the uniform and defend the rest of us.
one of my best friends that I have known since 3rd grade is coming home from a 1 year tour in Iraq in a couple of weeks, he will be home for a year, then off to Afghanistan for a year.
I actually got him to join, I had joined first..
he stayed in, I didn't.
and you don't have to like or support the "war",
but support the men and women fighting and dieing there.
