The importer for vBulletin 3.8.x is now available in the members area. With this importer you can import your categories, forums, topics, posts, users, private messages and attachments into UBB.threads.
You can follow the
basic import instructions to get you started. There is a readme file in the zip that contains special notes for this importer.
