Yep, everything else is still there. Could be the automatic form cache in the browser though.
Just tried with Firefox 3.5.3 on Mac with the same result.
The "State/Province" field in the VISA billing information section is highlighted as not being filled out. And it's reverted to "Select state/province:", from "Outside US/Canada" that I had selected.
As a side note, I'm wondering how the country list is sorted, as Sweden is above Singapore, not to mention El Salvador.
