rebuilding cache does just that.. (or should) it forcibly rebuilds the files in the cache directory

Are you referring to the "Tools & Info/
Clear Cache" utility? "
Clear" doesn't appear as a synonym for "
Rebuild" in my Oxford Dictionary. Sorry, but I'm simply trying to be sure I'm going to do the right thing beforehand.
