UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Suddenly getting error "No locks available"

From the error it looks like possible the MySQL server isn't running since the error is stating that it can't connect to it. I'd have them verify that it's running and that it's accepting connections.
