UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? subscribing to a thread

I'm looking for a way to make it so that if someone replies to my thread, or if someone replies to a post that I replied to then I will get an email alert.

Is there any way to do this? I know theres the "add this to my watch topics" but an email would be nice too.
