Thanks FD, now if only I could get truckers to come back to the 'old fashion' forums instead of all hanging out on Facebook.
I personally don't care for the whole social networking thing but I do "get it" and see that it can be used as a tool to help expose your website or forum. You can see how Rick has his facebook page on the right side of the UBB forums. You could also easily add a social networking button in the side columns as well with a custom island. Try
http://www.addtoany.com/ where you can create a custom button and simply add the code to the island... go nuts. I say if you can't beat them, join them... or at least let them beat a path to your door through Facebook, Twitter, Digg or whatever else is out there.
