Try what Gizmo suggested,
Clear the cache to force a rebuild.
Then see if you have any feed files in the cache folder.
I do know in some cases to clear the cache. You may need to ftp to the folder and delete everything except for the html file.
Another thing you may try is while in Control Panel » RSS Feeds
select the my feeds tab and enable the feature.
That will enable a feeds selection in the mystuff menu.
