It would be in the cp>styles area.
But there would be a couple of settings to change because one of your examples are hyperlinks so it would change all hyper links.
But anyway you could start with.
CP>Styles.
Edit the style you wish.
Expand0click on
Misc. Properties
Edit the hex color code for date and time
Save and view changes.
