Maybe it is a global mod bug.
I just expired my cookies and went through the first page of the users list here.
It does not appear.
for anyone on the first page viewing their profile.

I tried my test site as a admin and it works.Using 7.5.7.
I did not test a regular mod user or global mod though.
I currently don't have a user account to change to moderator yet.
