Some time ago I had created a couple of new user groups that I later abandoned. I did some house cleaning and removed the two groups. One of them I forgot to add the entire group back to the "users" group and those users have no assigned user group resulting in no permissions. They cannot view the forums.
I have no way of knowing which people these were.
If I search and select all members in the User's group and reassign them to the "Users" group, will that action simply add the ones that are not checked or will it also create duplicates of the users already assigned to that group?
Hope that made sense.
I need to fix this as I am getting random e-mails from members that cannot view my forums.
