Rate this member should be scrapped in its current form as members do not like it when it goes down and sits on 1 due to malicious members.

Re vamp the System just like the "Like" but for an actual member, this way members can accumulate "Likes" Thank you's how ever your want to dress it up.
Its a feature i have had to turn off for the reasons above but that's because it was abused.
