I had one user not able to access THREADS for almost two hours. Then without notice, he was successful.
Here's the last line in the ACCESS LOG before he was successful. This line was repeated hundreds of times before it stopped. Any idea what the error is?

I could see his ID in the Active Users listing, but he was always receiving an error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
