UBB.threads does not display advertisements.Displaying the developer's information within the software is not an advertisement.
Tell Apple or Microsoft to remove their information from the software you license from them. I'd like to know how well that goes for you.
Remember that in
most cases within the world we live in today, you are not buying the software/music/movies...etc for your complete ownership, you are licensing the use of it. You cannot replace the branding and call it your own software/music/movie -- that's generally seen as plagiarism or worse.
