Updated the UBBDev Wiki entry "Server Requirements and Suggestions" to reflect a PHP7 notice (UBB.threads has not been fully tested against PHP7, however the PHPMailer script supplied with UBB.threads will not work as intended on a PHP7 system) and to add requirements for older systems (what will not function with php4 vs php5).
