This just started today and I can't figure out why this is happening. I have a forum using latest UBB software and when I approve a new member (after first checking their IP and email with the built-in spam checker) as soon as I approve them I get locked out!

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
What the heck is going on? Any ideas?
