We have a forum that uses a custom insert. The forum is about an annual reunion, so each year we edit it to update the dates. This year the forum will not update.
If I go to the Custom Insert tab of that forum, and I edit the Forum Introduction Title, when I click on Submit I get a message that the settings have been updated. When I check the forum, the title has changed. If I do the exact same thing for the Forum Introduction Body, I don't get the settings have been updated message, and the settings have not been updated. I'm still looking, but I haven't seen anything useful in the logs so far.
And ideas what might cause this?
