Hey guys,
Long time no see. I've been away on an extended trip - Asia (not jail wink ) and completely missed the new release.
Big thanks for the work you've put in, it's clearly a significant milestone!

One odd thing I discovered on my return, is that there are no registrations from Gmail accounts and I get bounce reports from people who subscribe to threads and request passwords from Gmail accounts.
I've changed nothing of course.

To be clear, I've not upgraded yet and I'm still using 7.6.2.

It seems to be an authentication issue.

Typically, the bounced email report looks like this...

I'm using SMTP and haven't edited my class.phpmailer.php file in quite some time. It's always worked until now.

Are all email functions covered by phpmailer Or is any other protocol/ script in use?

Any ideas/ thoughts?

Cheers,

d.
