If you are going to keep that install.
I stringly suggest to read the upgrade instructions file in the ubb forum zip you downloaded.
There are a couple of tweaks to the database you may not have.
The instruction tells you how to manually fix it.
Plus other info you may need to correct.
Don't forget to make a backup before you touch it.
