+1 on Stop Forum Spam, I've worked hard updating this feature within UBB.threads over the years, they have a massive online database that is checked during registration time as well as on each login; it works great against bots and mallitious users, unless said users ISP is dynamic (most broadband providers are static) or they're using a VPN.

I'd also advise using one of UBB.threads built in CAPTCHA systems (preferably Google's RECaptcha feature that Isaac added in v7.6.1).

As for lists of freemail providers, its out of scope for forum support; we don't manage any such lists, and can only provide you links from search engine results.
