UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing Admin Zone Forum Not Working after Cpanel upgrade.

My forum is running version 7.57.

I received a notice that because of a recently discovered exploit I should upgrade Cpanel to the latest version. That was done and that process also required upgrading Apache, msql to version 5.6, and php to version 5.6.44

Now the forum doesn't work. Html pages work fine but anything using php returns a 404 and the browser displays a "Server Configuration Error" message. Is there any issues with upgrading mysql and php for my older forum version that would cause this?
