UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support 7.7.3 error - config.inc.php

I have successfully upgraded one install of UBB Threads to ver. 7.7.3

When running through the second install, i received this error on the /upgrade/Install Utility dealing with the config file.

Unable to write to config.inc.php. Please check the permissions on this file and reload this page.


I have no config.inc.php file on either install of UBB Threads.

Any idea what I am overlooking???
